会，这样的情况被感染性病的几率很大，中国的八大经典性病:如淋病,非淋菌性感染,尖锐性湿疣,生殖器疱疹,软下疳,艾滋病等,几乎都可以通过口交来传播,并且有些疾病的发病率还高于传统性生活. 楼主真的喜欢口交之类的话，还是别找小姐，不放心啊

口交當然會傳染性病;就連愛滋也有可能在口交時傳染,只是可能性較低而已.
